Northern Hemisphere

The Northern Hemisphere of Twinsun appears to be warmer than the Southern Hemisphere, because the holomap shows all desert-like islands. In truth, the Northern Hemisphere isn't much different in climate than the southern hemisphere.
A few years prior to the events of Little Big Adventure 1, Dr. FunFrock had the entire Northern Hemisphere cleared off civilians so that nobody would know of the things that he conconted there. He used the excuse that the sun is too hot in that region and that mysterious mutants, which he made himself, dominated the islands in order to let the people believe he did the right thing.
The hemisphere is well protected: the Hamalayi Mountains are hard to get through and each island is impossible to reach by a boat. Only Tipett Island and Brundle Island are reachable with a hydroglyder when coming from the Hamalayi Mountains.
